Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & import duties (international orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high order volume. We'll keep you updated if we're aware of a significant delay.

Damaged or lost shipments

We package all orders carefully to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at HELP@feinra.com within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
